Beskrivning:

The FieldEdge app is the top choice for home service contractors who want a streamlined and efficient solution. With FieldEdge, technicians can easily access their work orders for the day by simply logging in. They can view customer history, current and upcoming work orders, track time, and much more. This app truly improves the overall customer experience.

One standout feature of FieldEdge is the ability to capture pictures of any problem issue and show them to the customer. This visual aid helps both the technician and the customer better understand the situation. Another helpful feature is the customized Pricebook, complete with pictures of parts. Technicians can easily pull these parts into an invoice and provide customers with different options - good, better, and best. This ensures that customers have all the information they need to make informed decisions about their service.

FieldEdge also eliminates the hassle of double entry when technicians return to the office. By taking payment in the field, all expenses flow seamlessly into your accounting software. This not only saves time but also reduces the chances of manual errors.

The app's work order features are extensive and highly useful. Technicians can view service dispatches and work order information, as well as edit customer contact information. Real-time status updates keep the office informed, while mapping and routing features provide turn-by-turn driving directions. Additionally, technicians can access customer account details, service history, equipment information, saved documents, and service maintenance agreement information.

FieldEdge also offers quote and invoicing features that simplify the billing process. Technicians can present complete quotes to customers, including images of quoted parts and equipment. The app allows for "Good-Better-Best" options, giving customers the choice to accept or reject certain items. Rejected items are saved for future reference. The app also enables technicians to create, view, and email service quotes and invoices, as well as process payments and prepayments, including PCI compliant credit card processing. Capturing customer authorization and acceptance signatures is also a breeze.
