FieldEdge also eliminates the hassle of double entry when technicians return to the office. By taking payment in the field, all expenses flow seamlessly into your accounting software. This not only saves time but also reduces the chances of manual errors.

The app's work order features are extensive and highly useful. Technicians can view service dispatches and work order information, as well as edit customer contact information. Real-time status updates keep the office informed, while mapping and routing features provide turn-by-turn driving directions. Additionally, technicians can access customer account details, service history, equipment information, saved documents, and service maintenance agreement information.

FieldEdge also offers quote and invoicing features that simplify the billing process. Technicians can present complete quotes to customers, including images of quoted parts and equipment.
